KOBE BRYANT TALKS ABOUT PLAYING MICHAEL JORDAN FOR THE FIRST TIME.

When it's all said and done, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan will be among the best to ever play the game. It's hard to imagine how far they both have come.

In Kobe Bryant's MUSE, set to air Feb. 28, he talks about going against Jordan for the first time. For a normal person it would be difficult to go against one of your heroes, but the Lakers legend was not deterred. Bryant as a young, baby-faced rookie had the same kind of fearlessness as a 10-year veteran.

That kind of mental toughness could never be taught.

If possible, Bryant probably has more competitiveness now than he ever did. In a piece for The Players' Tribune, he writes about his drive and how even though it's a game, it's not really a game. The 19-year veteran was voted into the All-Star game this year and even though he won't be participating, he reiterates that's the kind of competition that he lives for.
"When I play, I compete, and if you're too busy acting cool for the fans or celebrities courtside then I will demolish you in front of them," Bryant writes.
Just don't look him in the eye, buddy.
